Wait is not long. Arlene is a wonderful hygienist. Very attentive, gentle, makes sure you are comfortable. Checks your entire mouth. Dr. Jacob is very thorough, checks for everything, advises if you may need to consult your PCP. Great dental office!

I've have been going to Dr. Jacobs for quite a few years now. And by far he has been the most thorough and compassionate dentist that I have seen since moving here to Palm Coast. I go for cleanings every 6 months and after the hygienist finishes with me Dr. Jacobs always takes the time to go over everything with me . I just recently had him do Invisalign on my teeth to straighten my teeth and so glad I did , thank you Dr. Jacobs for making me my confident with my smile

Five stars isn’t enough credit for Dr. Jacob and his team. They are friendly, kind and patient especially for someone who’s terrified of the dentist. Dr Jacob and his team were so welcoming. He also went into great detail about my teeth as well as answering my 3700 questions. You can tell he cares for his patients. His costs are just right for the amazing work he does. Would recommend 10/10.

Dr. Jacob is a fantastic dentist and his office employees are just as amazing! He explains everything he’s going to do before he starts. The dental hygienist are great dealing with children, and they make getting your teeth cleaned not so bad. Shannon, at the front desk, is always pleasant and very easy to deal with when going over billing. The office is nice and clean too. I am so glad I found them and would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Had my first visit with Dr. Jacob yesterday. He made me feel comfortable, took time to explain what needed  to be done. Kelly, his assistant, and Dacia the hygenist I had were both great too. Great Dentist! He always takes the time to explain everything there is to know about your own teeth and hygiene. He is willing to always do what is best for your needs. Dr. Jacob is also very professional and understanding when it comes to people being nervous about dentistry. He always makes sure you are comfortable the entire visit and don't mind the extra numbing if needed.

Dr. Jacob is positively the best! He explains everything in detail so you have a complete understanding of what your treatment plan looks like. He answers all questions and concerns . Being a person who does not like to feel pain, Dr. Jacob is most accommodating to make sure you are comfortable and will not feel any pain. The office staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. What I really like is how clean the office and treatment rooms are. Excellent experience, caring and personable dentist, and friendly and conscientious dental staff.  Dr. Jacob replaced old a crowns and caps and did a beautiful job.  He did not try to oversell me on extra procedures I did not need like another dentist I had before visiting him.  First dentist I've had that does not make you feel like he's simply trying to make more money but instead he shows that he considers the best interests of his patient.  Highly recommend!
